Ginny & Joy accept online payment in a secure environment for credit and debit cards and also the option of PayPal. To protect cardholders, your bank may request that you are screened using 3D Secure (MasterCard SecureCode and Verified by Visa) and by an independent fraud prevention service. We may contact you for additional security purposes should we deem this necessary. All prices are shown in GB Pounds Sterling
For bespoke orders we require payment in advance of purchasing items for your box and sending them to you. We will supply an invoice and payment should preferably be made via BACS.
All of our boxes are sent Royal Mail First Class Tracked. Orders will be processed, and dispatched within 2-3 working days. The day of the order will count as the first working day if the order has been placed before 3pm, Monday to Friday. If you require a gift for a later date than our usual dispatch period then please leave a clear note in order notes at checkout and we will endeavour to deliver as close to your preferred day as possible.
Ginny & Joy are not liable for any delays caused by our delivery partners and the above time frames are given only as an estimation and are therefore not guaranteed.
Should a delivery be attempted and a calling card left, you are liable to contact the Royal Mail directly to arrange collection.
Ginny & Joy does not accept any responsibility for any loss or delay or other disruption regarding deliveries brought about as a result of any of the following:
– Inaccurate or incomplete delivery address details
– Delayed payment (cleared funds)
Cancelling an order
If you change your mind about an order and wish to cancel it, please contact email@example.com as soon as possible. If the order has not been processed/completed or dispatched, the order will be cancelled and a refund issued.
Damaged Goods & Returns
All of our Luxury Gift Boxes and the products contained within them are dispatched in perfect condition, as we take the utmost care in wrapping them.
If you are unhappy with a box or a product you have received, please get in touch to discuss the issue and we will do our best to make it right for you. Returns requests must be made within 14 days of being delivered and returns will only be accepted on products that are undamaged and in their original packaging. Please note that personalised products are non-returnable.
All text accuracy on the personalised gift card printed remains the responsibility of the buyer (so please double check your message when putting it in order notes). Whilst we do check through, Ginny & Joy cannot accept any responsibility for any mistakes in the spelling, punctuation etc. any mistakes are at the fault of the buyer.
We can also not offer refunds for:
– Unclaimed or undelivered packages.
– Insufficient address (so please check your address is correct whenpacing your order)
– Refused packages
Damaged goods should be returned to the company address, ideally in the original packaging or suitably packaged. On receipt of the returned product, a refund or replacement will be issued and return postage costs refunded.
Accuracy, completeness and Supply of Products
All contents have been fairly described and photographic props such as demonstrative flowers, coffee beans etc are not included unless stated.
In the event of supply difficulties, Ginny & Joy reserve the right to substitute goods or packaging of equal or higher quality and value.
Some of the products in the boxes may contain allergens. Please check individual product information on the package for full details.
The entire content that you will see on the Ginny & Joy website or in any promotional material on the website or on Social media are owned wholly by Ginny & Joy.
Ginny & Joy endeavours to ensure that personal information and credit card details remain completely private and secure. We comply with the UK Data Protection Act where required and the information that we gather from you when you place an order on our website will only be used to fulfil that order and improve our service to you.
Financial information provided by you in connection with your purchase such as card details used in payments is not stored once the transaction has been completed, and the payment process is handled entirely by our secure payment gateway. Promotional code terms and conditions
By using a promotional code you will be deemed to have read and understood the terms and conditions documented within the offer and agree to be bound by them. Ginny & Joy promotional codes can only be used on ginnyandjoy.com and towards the purchase of items currently featured on our website, excluding delivery charges. Promotional codes are an arrangement between you and us, and not between you and the suppliers. Promotional codes cannot be used with the individual suppliers of any products on ginnyandjoy.com
Promotional codes have no cash value, cannot be transferred and cannot be forwarded or reassigned. Any refund you may be entitled to receive will not include the redemption value of the promotional code. You will receive no more than the amount you paid towards the final basket price.
