While all sales are final, we understand that damages (either during shipping or from a mistake on our part) are possible. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us at shopginnyandjoy@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery and we'll be happy to help!

How can I keep my G&J jewelry long-lasting?

All of our gold pieces consist of Antiqued Gold.

Antiqued gold refers to a specific type of finish or treatment applied to gold jewelry to give it an aged or vintage appearance. The antiquing process involves intentionally darkening or oxidizing the surface of the gold to create a patina or tarnished effect, giving the piece a sense of history and character.

- Clean gently with a soft cloth
- Handle with care
- Remove before swimming or exercising
